Choose from the Auspicious Poon Choi (吉祥如意·大盆菜) which serves up to six persons or the Reunion Poon Choi (团圆贺岁·大盆菜) which serves up to 12. The poon chois contain an abundance of ingredients, including eight-head abalone, roasted goose, black moss, prawns, scallops and broccoli.
