Vegetarian options such as Double-boiled Chinese Cabbage topped with Wild Bamboo Pith and French Morel Mushrooms; Crispy Stuffed Mashed Yam with Shredded Mushrooms and Carrot; and Stuffed Crispy Vegetarian Bean Curd with Pomegranate and Black Moss in Spinach Sauce are also available.

For celebrations at home, order the Hua Ting Deluxe “Pen Cai” (金银满盆), filled to the brim with delicacies such as abalone, fish maw, dried scallops, sea cucumber and tiger prawns. Additional roasts including Barbecued Whole Suckling Pig and Signature Roasted Duck are also on the menu, along with a variety of “Lo Hei” Yu Sheng with fresh hamachi, whole abalone, and organic seasonal greens. For desserts or snacking, pick up treats such as Nian Gao, Osmanthus Water Chestnut Cake, Crispy Purple Sweet Potato Chips and Honey Walnuts.
