The latest addition to the Copthorne brand in the Middle East, Copthorne Lakeview Hotel & Executive Apartments, has opened its doors to guests. Millennium Hotels and Resorts Middle East and Africa (MHR MEA) has entered into a hotel management agreement with Properties Investment to operate the property in Dubai Investment Park in the UAE, formerly known as Courtyard by Marriott Green Community and Marriott Executive Apartments.

Overlooking a picturesque lake, the Copthorne Lakeview Hotel & Executive Apartments offer 165 guestrooms and 43 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Among its facilities include an outdoor pool area and a separate children’s pool and a relaxing terrace. The hotel also adjoins a shopping mall that includes a supermarket, F&B outlets, a children’s play area and other amenities.

The Copthorne Lakeview Hotel & Executive Apartments offers a range of dining options, including SOBO, a boho-inspired poolside hangout serving modern Arabic cuisine with a twist, Neighbourhood, a British-style gastropub, and a specialty Italian restaurant. It also offers events and banquet spaces, which has a private entrance. A large outdoor terrace connected to the events space is also available for hosting of special outdoor events.

The property is also a 15-minute drive away from three championship golf courses and the Dubai Expo 2020 site, and a 20-minute drive from the Al Maktoum International Airport.
