Usher in an Ox-traordinary Lunar New Year with W Singapore – Sentosa Cove’s Huat A Feast, a luxurious oriental spread complete with Lo Hei.

On 11 February, gather the family for a reunion dinner, or fuel up after visiting over the first and second days of the Lunar New Year from 12 and 13 February. Enjoy a specially crafted Chinese feast, featuring elevated renditions of oriental dishes. Start the meal with a bowl of piping hot Stewed Bamboo Pit, Crabmeat and Fish Maw Superior Thick Broth, followed by a selection of barbecued meats including Charcoal Roasted Duck and Honey Glazed Pork Char Siew. Complete the family feasting with Dong Po Stewed Pork Shoulder in Spicy Sweet Sauce, Marinated Five Spice Beef Shank, Steamed Scallop with Minced Garlic and Vermicelli amongst others. Lunar New Year festivities are never complete without the customary Lo Hei, with W Singapore’s version topped with fresh salmon sashimi and abalone, to welcome a prosperous year ahead.
