The team at Millennium Harbourview Xiamen had a fun afternoon at the scenic Jun Ying Village in the city for outdoor team building activities.

Nearly 200 staff took part in the activities, with participants divided into two groups for the one-day trip over 3 and 4 December 2019.

Staff had plenty of fun visiting the iconic Qicai Lake (七彩池, which means seven-coloured lake), named because the lake appears in different colours when viewed at different angles. They played games such as “Happy Hug”, where staff had to link arms with each other and get into smaller groups based on numbers called out. The final teambuilding activity of the day was a group challenge, where participants were divided into ten groups and sent to complete five different tasks. The team that completed all tasks in the shortest amount of time won.

The fun team bonding day ended with a presentation of prizes for staff, and staff shared that they greatly enjoyed the tour and had a lot of fun with the games and activities that helped to strengthen their relationships and communication with each other.
