From now to 29 February 2020, savour the culinary “black diamond” – winter black truffle at La Table French Brasserie at New World Millennium Hong Kong.

The French restaurant is presenting a specialty set menu, with each delicacy served up with three grams of freshly shaved black truffle from Périgord, France.


Seared Scallops with Truffled Vichyssoise

Homemade Tagliatelle with Freshly-shaved Black Périgord Truffles

The four-course set dinner starts with Seared Scallops with Truffled Vichyssoise, a thick and creamy potato leek soup cooked in a traditional French style and topped with jet-fresh scallops from Hokkaido. Diners are then served Homemade Tagliatelle with Freshly-shaved Black Périgord Truffles, followed by the main dish, Grilled Veal Fillet Mignon with Truffled Red Wine Jus, featuring a tender Holland veal fillet with seared French foie gras and Australian butternut squash. Last but not least, the set dinner ends with Valrhona Dark Chocolate Truffle, which uses premium Valrhona chocolate from France, topped with light and fluffy blood orange foam, macerated berries, hazelnut crumble and lemon cream.
