Grand Millennium Al Wahda in Abu Dhabi has opened its brand new café, 90 Centigrade. The dining concept is named after the ideal water temperature for brewing espresso, and it offers specialty coffee and an extensive menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

General Manager Mr Enad Tannous said, “We look forward to putting the café on the global food and beverage map as a leading urban and chic café with sustainable practices and an eco-friendly approach.”

The menu includes traditional espresso, infused flavoured beverages and specialty dishes such as loaded halloumi pancakes and lobster tagliatelle al fredo, all made with fresh and local sourced ingredients.
