Hua Ting has made it to China’s prestigious food guide, the Ctrip Gourmet List 携程美食林 2019 Edition. It is the second consecutive year that the celebrated stalwart in Cantonese cuisine made it to the list. A Ctrip representative Ms Sunny Huang came down to Singapore to present the plaque to the team.

The Ctrip Gourmet List was launched in 2016, with food places judged based on taste, service, price, and its popularity on various social media platforms.  Restaurants around the world are nominated by some 15,000 Ctrip Gourmet Hunters living in different cities and countries, before a formal tasting and appraisal by some of its 500 professional judges. Finally, its committee members review and vote for restaurants to be included in the annual list.
