Mr Andrew Dartnell has taken the helm at Grand Millennium Beijing as General Manager.

He brings with him over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry around the world, including Australia, Middle East and Asia-Pacific. He has held various senior key positions with well-established international hotel chains such as Hyatt Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts, Langham Hospitality Group and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Prior to joining Millennium Hotels and Resorts, Andrew was Global Director of Food and Beverage for Langham Hospitality Group in Hong Kong and General Manager of Langham Shanghai Xintiandi.

Mr Mark Heywood has been appointed as General Manager of Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur.

A veteran in the hospitality industry, Mark has over 40 years of experience, having managed many properties and resorts in major cities, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Manila, Qingdao and Kuala Lumpur. He has led Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur to be the first hotel to be awarded with the prestigious Prime Minister Quality Award, and also worked in rebranding of Hyatt Regency & Casino to New World Manila Bay. A firm believer in the development of human capital, Mark has also mentored two Resident Managers to become General Managers within the company.

The Heritage Hotel Manila has appointed Mr Farid Schoucair as General Manager.

With a wealth of industry experience, Farid has lived in worked in many parts of the world, including Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Macau, Dubai and Manila, with experience in rebranding, conceptualising, developing and implementing strategic plans and driving market initiatives. He was formerly the General Manager at Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur, and most recently General Manager at Grand Copthorne Waterfront.
