Hong Leong Finance (HLF) gave customers a pleasant surprise when staff greeted them donning chic, modern uniforms that focused on style and functionality.

The new uniforms consisting of a dark grey dress with deep maroon half-sleeved cardigan for women, and a pink-striped, mandarin-collar shirt with tailored grey suit pants for men, was launched in November.

A Uniform Committee was convened in August 2022 to explore uniform options for fabrics and designs with different suppliers, with the aim to provide a stylish fit and comfort for staff. Frontline staff also gave their feedback to the Committee for their uniform selection decision.

HLF looks forward to seeing branch colleagues’ continued dedication, confidence, and pride in serving our customers in the brand-new uniform.
