Hong Leong Group Sports & Recreation Club (HLGSRC) recently resumed its annual Family Day event in ‘flamazing family style’ at the newly opened Bird Paradise. The event is HLGSRC’s first Family Day outing in three years since the Covid-19 pandemic hit.

HLGSRC is the social and recreational club of Hong Leong Group companies and subsidiaries, including CDL, Millennium Hotels and Resorts, Hong Leong Holdings, CDL Hospitality Trusts, Hong Leong Finance, Hong Leong Asia, and CBM.

Over 800 staff and their families gathered at Mandai Wildlife Reserve’s Bird Paradise on the very sunny Sunday morning, donned in the Family Day T-shirt which was designed by the Club’s President, Ms Kwek Pei Xuan. The design features a flamingo, one of the stars of the Crimson Wetlands, with the slogan “We are a Flamazing Family!”

Participants enjoyed unlimited entry into Bird Paradise for the day, carnival and stage games, bento lunch sets and a lucky draw which saw staff winning hotel stays and F&B vouchers, grocery vouchers, sustainable eco gifts and workshops, and the grand prize of a 10th generation Apple iPad!

The Club would like to thank the following companies who supported the event by sponsoring prizes for the lucky draw, without which the event would not have been such a success:
