CanningHill Piers, a joint venture (JV) project by CDL and CapitaLand, recorded stellar sales following previews which started on 5 November. Over the launch weekend on 20 and 21 November, 538 units (or 77%) including the Super Penthouse located at level 48 were sold. This marks CanningHill Piers as the best-selling project launch in the Central Area this year.

All unit types were well-received with selected stacks fully sold. As at end-November, 576 units (or 83%) out of the 696 units at CanningHill Piers have been sold. The average price was around S$3,000 per square foot.

The two majestic towers are connected by a scenic sky bridge on Level 24 with spectacular views of the city, river and hill.

Residents at CanningHill Piers will enjoy easy access via a direct link to Fort Canning MRT station and a short walk to Clarke Quay MRT station.

By embracing digitalisation, CDL successfully debuted its in-house proprietary electronic system for expressions of interest, balloting and satellite sales bookings at the launch of Irwell Hill Residences in April this year. The same system is used at the CanningHill Piers sales gallery to reduce crowds and facilitate a seamless buying experience for customers. This transparent and efficient buying experience has continued to receive positive feedback from homebuyers and sales agents.
