In commemoration of Breast Cancer Awareness month, Millennium Plaza Dubai organised an insightful and engaging session honouring breast cancer survivors at its restaurant Views@61. In addition to the survivors, guests and activists were also present, helping to raise awareness for the disease and highlight the importance of regular screenings as a key preventive measure against breast cancer. Breast cancer is among the most prevalent types of cancer in the UAE.

At the session, the brave survivors shared their stories about the personal journey and battles, while also educating the attendees on proper examination methods, key indicators to look out for, and the importance of early screening.

General Manager Mr Fadi Ammache said, “We want to show our sincere commitment in keeping a healthy community. Health is our number one priority that is why we always strive to offer healthy alternatives and help in creating awareness. This Breast Cancer Awareness month, we want to honour the heroes of our society who have not only fought this challenging battle, but are inspiring others and giving a ray of hope.”
