Grissini has recently revamped its à la carte menu to continue satiating our guests’ palate with newly introduced reations such as the acquerello risotto, white pearl salad and nero di calamari tagliolini. In addition, Chef Antonio Cocozza introduces a very special item, the  Australian rock sea salt crusted baked wild seabass. The whole seabass is baked in a salt crust, which helps to retain the moisture and flavour of the fish. This method of cooking produces a luscious, tender fish with a subtle, salty taste.
