From now to 31 December, visit La Table of New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel to sample a six-course “Oscietra Royal Caviar x Vodka” Tasting Menu, featuring Oscietra Royal Caviar from the finest Russian Oscietra sturgeon aged from 10 to 12 years and prepared using a traditional Russian recipe, and Polish vodka distilled from Poland’s Dankowski Rye and 100% pure water. Not-to-be-missed dishes include the Scallop Ceviche with Seaweed, Guacamole and Sea Urchin, Salmon Fillet with Purple Gnocchi, Pencil Asparagus, Beetroot, Sour Cream and Gremolata, as well as Vodka and Tahiti Vanilla Beans Panna Cotta.
