To Hold. To Love. To Cherish Wedding Extravaganza is the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel’s final and most spectacular wedding showcase for 2016. This dazzling show was held on Saturday, 19 November 2016 from 12pm to 5pm and was attended by about 70 couples.

Couples toured around the different ballrooms including the Grand Ballroom, Waterfront Ballroom, Riverfront Ballroom and Galleria Ballroom and were enthralled by the beautiful table settings, charming ambience and stunning floral creations. There were also many booths set up by partners including Alisha & Lace wedding collection, 2ofus Photography, Ponnie Hsu Makeup Studio, J’s Salon, Sinderella, BLACK Accessories, Fabfoto, Glittering Carousel, Gioia Fine Jewellery, Winson Cinematography and Twinkle Floral.

The wedding extravaganza commenced with the hotel’s General Manager, Mr Vincent Le Gorrec congratulating the couples for taking their relationship to the next level.

Everyone was enraptured as models sashayed down the runway showcasing elegant bridal and evening gowns by Alisha & Lace.  Prospective wedding couples also got to sample an exquisite 5-course set lunch and a delectable dessert buffet curated by the hotel’s award-winning culinary team. Highlights include deluxe cold and hot combination platter, braised lobster soup with assorted seafood and golden mushrooms, slow-cooked pork spare rib in red burgundy sauce, stir-fried fresh scallops with macadamia in black Taiwan soy beans and stewed glass vermicelli with assorted vegetables in abalone sauce.
