Children gathered round the 16 feet (4.9m) tall Noble Fir Christmas tree imported from USA at the St Regis Singapore’s Christmas light up. As the lights on the tree were illuminated, guests witnessed the St. Regis’ ritual of champagne saberage, and raised a toast to welcome the beginning of the joyous season.

Mrs Cecilia Kwek (second from right), wife of Hong Leong Group Executive Chairman Kwek Leng Beng, and her friend joined the Emmanuel Choir from The Church of St. Bernadette in serenading guests at The St. Regis Singapore and St. Regis Residences during the Christmas light up on 25th November.

Children gathered to take photos of Santa and his Santarinas during the Christmas light-up at Millennium Corniche Abu Dhabi.

A quirky sight: Head over to Quayside Isle @ Sentosa Cove in Singapore, where three Christmas trees are housed in a 4.6m-tall snow globe at its Fountain Plaza. Inside the globe is a wintry wonderland where "snow" - actually polystyrene beads, is constantly in the air. The globe's shape is maintained by a wind-blowing machine. Outside the globe are Christmas garlands, silver baubles, red poinsettias, and see-through bubble decorations, some carrying a star ornament inside.

Nic headed the charity drive to collect presents for sick children and older patients on behalf of Bart’s Charity.

Grand Hyatt Taipei’s General Manager Mr Sammy Carolus and Founder of the Taiwan Foundation of Rare Disorders Ms. Chen Li-ying with the Children's Choir from Taiwan Foundation of Rare Disorders posing in front of the hotel’s 10-metre Christmas tree. The tree is illuminated with more than 80,000 LED lights and decorated with over 10,000 ornaments. This Christmas, Grand Hyatt Taipei will be collecting funds for their adopted charities – Taiwan Foundation of Rare Disorders (TFRD) and the Harmony Home Association, which supports children born with AIDS and rare diseases.
