Millennium Hotel Cincinnati’s Bartender Connie Mitchell was named Service Superstar of the Year at the Ohio Stars of the Industry Awards breakfast. The annual event is organised by The Ohio Hotel and Lodging Association and recognises the accomplishments of those who provide exceptional service in the hospitality industry.
 
Two other staff from the hotel were also up for the award - Bell Attendant Gary Nelson and Banquet Server Huadi Makris.

As this year’s winner, Connie will automatically be entered in the state’s Ohio Stars of the Industry judging and recognised at the OHLA Annual Conference and Gala.
