Millennium Premier Hotel New York Times Square reopens with a brand-new look
Millennium Premier Hotel New York Times Square has officially reopened its doors, unveiling a sophisticated new look while retaining its exceptional location in the heart of Manhattan.
The reopening was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by the hotel employees who helped bring the transformation to life. The occasion also saw the team welcome the hotel’s first guests and corporate clients, celebrating the culmination of months of planning, preparation and hard work.
Corporate clients and guests were warmly welcomed as the hotel celebrated its reopening and the start of an exciting new chapter.
“This opening is a proud moment for our team and a testament to the passion and commitment shown throughout the journey,” said Mr Vikram Sardana, Vice President of Operations, New York, and General Manager of Millennium Premier Hotel New York Times Square. “To see our colleagues cut the ribbon and welcome our first guests makes this milestone especially meaningful.”
Mr Kaizad Charna, Executive Vice President of Operations at Highgate, also joined the opening celebration and commended the team for their contribution to the milestone. He said, “A successful opening begins with the people behind it. The team at Millennium Premier New York Times Square has set the tone for an exceptional guest experience, and today’s celebration recognises their hard work and dedication.”
The reopening follows a comprehensive renovation of the hotel’s guestrooms and public areas. Contemporary furnishings, refined finishes and enhanced comforts have created a modern and welcoming urban retreat for both business and leisure travellers. Guests can also enjoy the refreshed Premier Lounge, designed as a comfortable space to unwind, connect or catch up on work.
The redesigned guestrooms and public spaces offer guests a contemporary and welcoming retreat in the heart of Manhattan.
Adding to the experience, a new Broadway-inspired bar and restaurant concept is set to open in October 2026, bringing elevated dining, inventive cocktails and a lively social atmosphere to the hotel.
Located just steps from Times Square, Broadway theatres and many of New York City’s most iconic attractions, the hotel places guests at the centre of the action while offering a refined escape from the city’s fast pace.
More than the unveiling of refreshed spaces, the reopening marks an exciting new chapter for the hotel and celebrates the dedication, teamwork and spirit of hospitality that made its transformation possible.
