At Beast & Butterflies, M Social Hotel Singapore's vibrant riverside dining destination, guests can discover a refreshed menu featuring new creations designed to complement the restaurant's signature social dining atmosphere. Set against the picturesque Singapore River, the latest additions bring together global influences and familiar favourites, making them ideal for leisurely gatherings with friends and loved ones.
New additions at Beast & Butterflies include the Heng Hua Lor Mee (left) and the Smashed Tortilla Beef Kebab (right), bringing together comforting local flavours and hearty contemporary creations.
Highlights include the Burrata Fusilli Pasta, where creamy burrata is paired with fusilli pasta for a rich and indulgent experience, and the Smashed Tortilla Beef Kebab, featuring char-grilled beef folded into a smashed tortilla for a satisfying handheld delight. The new offerings include the Classic Fried Chicken in a Basket, featuring crispy golden chicken with a perfectly seasoned coating, and the Memo Wagyu Beef Burger, crafted with premium Wagyu beef, fresh toppings and a toasted bun. Guests can also enjoy the lighter Salmon Salad Roll or savour the iconic Reuben Sandwich, layered with corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and creamy dressing between toasted rye bread.
MEMO Café's limited-time Chilli Crab Chicken Burger returns for Singapore's National Day celebrations, bringing a local twist to a classic American diner favourite.
Adding to the celebrations, MEMO Café is also bringing back its popular Chilli Crab Chicken Burger in conjunction with Singapore's National Day festivities. Priced at S$22, the limited-time creation combines a juicy chicken patty with signature chilli crab sauce and crispy fries, offering a distinctly local take on a classic diner favourite.
