Grand Millennium Beijing is inviting guests to savour the season with the launch of its refreshed "Blossoms & Green Summer" Dessert Buffet. Set within the tranquil surroundings of the Lobby Lounge, the new experience transforms a summer afternoon into a delightful escape with a curated selection of handcrafted desserts inspired by blooming gardens and refreshing seasonal flavours.

Curated by the hotel's pastry team, the buffet features a rotating selection of more than 10 desserts each day, showcasing a balance of creativity, texture and light summer flavours. Highlights include the delicate Peach-flavoured Mousse Cake, elegant Cherry Blossom Pistachio Cake, refreshing Taro Vanilla Ice Cream Egg Roll, Passion Fruit Ice Bread, and rich Basque Cheesecake, alongside imaginative creations such as the Crispy Dream Dragon Devil Cake.

Available daily from 1.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m., the Blossoms & Green Summer Dessert Buffet is priced at RMB148 per person, offering guests an elegant seasonal dining experience where every bite celebrates the flavours and colours of summer.
