New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel is introducing two exciting new dining experiences, giving guests more reasons to indulge in everything from a hearty French grill dinner to an elegant Champagne and seafood feast.

La Table French Brasserie

At La Table French Brasserie, Sous Chef Kelvin Ng introduces the new Daily Grill Set Dinner, a two-course sharing menu that places a different premium grilled speciality in the spotlight each evening. Priced at HKD888 for two, the dinner begins with a selection of French-inspired appetisers, including Beef Tartare, Crab and Avocado Timbale, and Smoked Salmon Caesar, with an option to upgrade to a Chilled Seafood Tower for an extra touch of indulgence.

The centrepiece of the menu is a rotating selection of signature grills throughout the week, from the bold US Tomahawk and Dry-aged Local Tin Hong Chicken to the succulent US Prime Rib, all served with unlimited grilled seasonal vegetables, mashed potatoes and French fries.

Guests can also enjoy a complimentary Seared French Duck Foie Gras prepared à la minute, while optional soup, dessert, and free-flow sparkling wine or Champagne packages allow diners to tailor the experience to their preferences.

The Lounge

The Lounge welcomes summer with the Champagne & Seafood Extravaganza, created in collaboration with the renowned French champagne house Champagne Telmont.

Available until 30 September 2026, the promotion features a luxurious seafood platter for two comprising rock lobster, snow crab legs, spanner crab, fresh prawns, drunken abalone and gold whelks, perfectly paired with a bottle of Telmont Brut NV Champagne, whose crisp acidity and delicate bubbles complement the freshness of the seafood.
