Orchard Hotel Singapore recently welcomed two famous faces, with acclaimed Hong Kong actor Francis Ng and Singapore actress Zoe Tay enjoying the hotel’s hospitality and culinary offerings.

Francis returned to the hotel with his wife Fiona and son Feynman for a stay in their familiar Premier Suite in June. During their visit, the family also enjoyed the Singalicious buffet at The Orchard Cafe, sampling a colourful spread of well-loved local favourites in celebration of Singapore’s 61st birthday.

Singapore actress Zoe Tay (first from left) sampled Hua Ting Restaurant’s chef tasting menus, showcasing beautifully presented Cantonese cuisine.

Over at the award-winning Hua Ting Restaurant, Zoe Tay enjoyed the restaurant’s chef tasting menus, featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of Cantonese creations. Highlights included a trio of handcrafted dim sum, pan-fried dragon tiger garoupa fillet and braised noodles with roasted Irish duck, followed by mango sago with pomelo.

From memorable family stays to exceptional dining experiences, the visits offered another glimpse of the warm hospitality and diverse culinary experiences that continue to draw guests to Orchard Hotel Singapore.
