The Foodie Show
There was plenty of excitement in the studio when the Millennium Hotel New Plymouth Waterfront team joined The Foodie Show on The Most FM to talk about food, hospitality and the latest experiences at Salt Restaurant.
Representing the hotel were General Manager Mr Vivek Vadevelu, Executive Chef Mr Vievek Senthil, and Operations Manager Ms Honeyfa Honey. Together, they offered listeners a glimpse behind the scenes at Salt, from the launch of its new winter menu to the eagerly anticipated Seafood High Tea.
The lively conversation gave the team an opportunity to share their passion for creating memorable dining experiences and the pride they bring to their work each day. It also allowed Salt to connect with the wider New Plymouth community beyond the restaurant and introduce listeners to the people and ideas behind its offerings.
Joining the conversation were show hosts Ms Olena Williams and Mr Warwick Foy, alongside special guest Ms Rumi Anguel, a practitioner of the Japanese tea ceremony. Their shared enthusiasm for food, culture and hospitality made for an engaging discussion filled with warmth and energy.
Now in its second year, Salt’s partnership with The Foodie Show continues to provide a valuable platform for the team to showcase their culinary craft, highlight new dining experiences and strengthen connections with the local community.
The radio appearance offered a great opportunity to represent Millennium Hotels and Resorts, bring a taste of Salt to the airwaves and spotlight the team’s passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
