Manchester’s latest build-to-rent- scheme, The Castings, has opened doors to welcome new tenants on July 16.  The 352-unit lifestyle apartment building is situated within the exciting neighbourhood of Piccadilly East, just behind Manchester Piccadilly train station.

Prices start from £1,180 per month for a studio apartment, £1,310 for a 1-bed apartment, £1,525 per month for a 2-bed and £2,165 for a 3-bed apartment.

Inside the apartments

The Castings has a vibrant range of studio, one, two and three-bed apartments available for its residents. Each home has been finished to a luxury standard, complete with huge windows, high ceilings and an open-plan design.

Each apartment has a large kitchen complete with top-of-the-range built-in appliances, a spacious and bright living space, large bedrooms with big built-in wardrobes and stylish bathrooms.

The facilities

The amenities at The Castings have been designed with young professionals and creatives in mind. It includes a fully equipped gym with state-of-the-art equipment from Technogym including a free weights zone, squat rack, cardio equipment and cable resistance machines.

The star of the show is the main rooftop terrace which sits on the 21st floor with wrap-around views of the city and plenty of comfortable seating. There are two other private terraces on the first floor for residents to relax and spend time outside.
