Celebrate Singapore’s birthday with a slew of 56-themed promotions at Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR) in Singapore this month of August! Embracing the spirit of ‘Singapore Together’, the hotels have rolled out special dining and staycation deals for vaccinated guests at its properties.

This National Day, in addition to our regular celebratory deals, our hotels are offering special rewards to vaccinated guests. We hope that this will encourage more Singaporeans to take up the call to be vaccinated,”

Delicious feasting

Until 31 August, MHR’s team of chefs have curated special National Day Set Menus. Priced from $56+, guests can also enjoy a second set menu at a special 56% off for selected menus. From Orchard Hotel, pick up Signature Roast Duck from Hua Ting, or an array of local inspired treats at The Orchard Cafe.

At Copthorne King’s, Tien Court is offering set meals featuring signatures such as Pan-fried Carrot Cake with Dried Conpoy and XO Sauce, Singapore Soft-Shelled Chili Crab with Deep-fried Mantou and Stir-fried Hokkien Noodle, while Princess Terrace’s set comprises local favourites such as Steamed Hainanese Chicken Rice Ball and Braised Mustard Green with Roasted Pork Belly.

At M Hotel, pick up a Shiok! Set or Western Favourites at Café 2000, featuring Singapore Laksa, Seafood Char Kway Teow, Meat Lover Pizza and Spaghetti Bolognese, or partake in the Signature Crispy Pork Knuckle (available until 8 August) or Half Meter Board of Cold Cuts and Cheese (from 9 to 18 August) with a bottle of M Wine at M Social’s Beast & Butterflies.

Grand Copthorne Waterfront’s Food Capital is offering a special NDP Set Lunch and Set Dinner Menu, as well as a special 56% off for the second diner for its buffet lunch and dinner when dine-in resumes. At MEMO at Studio M, guests can also pick up two mains of their choice, with a bottle of M Wine (red or white).

Guests can also purchase a pair of M Wines (one red and one white) at $56! Consisting of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc with a 2018 vintage from Australia’s Buronga Hill Estate in New South Wales, M Wines is MHR’s own specialty wine label found exclusively at its six Singapore properties. The well-rounded wines can complement a wide range of dishes; the Cabernet Sauvignon has a subtle oak finish of chocolate and vanilla that is particularly delightful with savoury meats, while the crisp and clean Sauvignon Blanc is excellent with seafood.
