Millennium Airport Dubai’s Demi Chef Parsi Bhasker is now ‘Demi Chef of the Year – Silver’, winning the title by popular vote at the Middle East Chef Excellence Awards held last month. He was among the 300 top chefs vying for accolades in 21 categories at the awards.

Millennium Airport Dubai General Manager Mr Simon Moore said, “We are very proud of Chef Parsi’s marvellous achievement at Hozpitality Group’s Middle East Chef Excellence Awards 2019. It was extremely challenging given the tough competition, and this recognition is a testament to his culinary skills, ingenuity and passion.”

Expressing delight at receiving the award, Chef Parsi also shared his deep appreciation to his team and management for their support and trust in his abilities.

The Middle East Chef Excellence Awards is in its second year, and recognises top chefs and kitchen staff in the region’s hospitality sector. It is organised by Hozpitality Group, a hospitality media, networking and career portal in the Middle East, with support by the Emirates Culinary Guild and International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA) Dubai.
