Project is one-north hub’s first residential launch in 14 years

One-North Eden has been generating high levels of interest well-ahead of its launch. Previews began on 10 April 2021 and bookings will start from 24 April when the project is launched.

One-North Eden is developed by TID Pte. Ltd., a joint venture between Hong Leong Holdings Limited (HLHL) and Mitsui Fudosan, Japan’s largest real estate developer. Both TID and HLHL are members of Hong Leong Group Singapore.
