City Developments Limited (CDL) has launched the highly-anticipated luxury Irwell Hill Residences in District 9, one of Singapore’s most coveted addresses, on 10 April 2021 – its first residential launch for the year – following previews which started on 27 March. Over its launch weekend, as at 6.00pm on 11 April, 278 units (over 50%) were snapped up, including a four-bedroom Sky Penthouse which was sold for over S$9 million, at an average of S$4,123 per sq ft (psf). All unit types were well-received by homebuyers, with one-bedroom plus study and two-bedroom units being the most popular. The project was launched at an average price of S$2,700 psf.
Located in one of the city’s most prestigious areas for living, this prime development is well-connected and just minutes away from Great World, the upcoming Great World MRT station, and Orchard MRT station. Popular primary schools within the area include River Valley Primary School and Anglo-Chinese School (Junior).
