Café East at New World Millennium Hong Kong has launched its “Japan-Korea Double Excitement” dinner offer, from now until 30 April 2021! Featuring authentic Japanese and Korean specialties, diners can be assured that their taste buds are satisfied.

Cold dish highlights include chilled Korean poached vegetables, Korean chicken and glass noodle salad, seared scallop with mentaiko, Japanese wasabi with tuna tartar, Sakura prawns with crispy seaweed, and crab miso with egg. Hot dishes set to please include Korean fried rice cake, braised beef ribs, seafood pancake, robatayaki, and clams with sake broth. Diners with a sweet tooth will not be disappointed with the array of desserts, such as freshly baked honey castella cake and Japanese dark chocolate-mocha cookies.

In addition, Café East has also extended its popular “Buy-Two, Get-One-Free” promotion for lunch, weekend afternoon tea and dinner buffet till 30 April 2021, including public holidays. The promotion is available exclusively for Epicure members with a minimum of two paying adults. Advance reservation is required and other terms and conditions apply. Non-members can also apply for membership on-the-spot and enjoy the promotion instantly at the hotel.

At New World Millennium Hong Kong’s La Table French Brasserie, guests also get to dine like royalty with the restaurant’s five-course Caviar Delight Set Dinner. Available until 30 April 2021, each, dish from the set menu is paired perfectly with the culinary “black gold” from France, culminating in an opulent gastronomic experience.

The five-course dinner starts with Cauliflower Panna Cotta, a creamy appetiser complemented with sea urchin, lobster jelly and caviar; followed by Lightly-smoked Warm Charcoal Salmon with dill crème fraiche, crisp capers, red onion jam and ikura, all infused with a hint of smoked cherry wood. Next is Squid Ink Linguine with Scallops, Cottage Cheese and Caviar, a rich combination of tastes and textures; and Baked Atlantic Cod Fish with Herbs-cured Egg Yolk, Chickpea Purée and Caviar, which brims with buttery flavours. Lastly, the extravagant dinner ends with a Fresh Berry Gratin with mango pearl caviar vol-au-vent.

The Caviar Delight Set Dinner is available from Mondays to Saturdays (excluding public holidays) at HK$1,388+ per person. Guests can opt for a wine-pairing at an additional HK$428+ per person.
