For Juliet, a regular day for her means being the first point of contact with guests as they check into the hotel, providing them with a fantastic first experience at the property. Earlier in January however, she got to welcome brand new guests as part of the new Get The Chelsea Treatment video. She shares her exciting filming experience with us!

I am not that big of a football fan (though I like to be updated!) but it was certainly a fun experience being involved in the new Get The Chelsea Treatment campaign! I was excited when asked to be a part of the shoot, as this isn’t my first time being in a publicity video. I did appear in the earlier Get The Chelsea Treatment video. However, I was only an extra in that one, so this proved to be more exciting than the last one!

As a Senior Receptionist at the hotel, I was asked to be myself for the video! Not much prep work needed to be done – I just had my makeup touched up – and then the cameras were rolling. For my part, I was at the front desk welcoming and checking in guests, including the main character. As it’s a role I’m familiar with, it did not feel very stressful, and was very fun!

The team was very welcoming and patient with me, and it was enjoyable working with them. It was also amazing to see how many people are actually involved in the making of a video like that. I didn’t think so many people were needed! But it was very impressive how everyone worked so well together, and the video came out wonderfully.

I would also love to be a part of the next video if given the chance to!
