Bab Al Qasr has added two new dining establishments to its food and beverage offerings, with the opening of Mediterranean-fusion restaurant Rosemary, and Rosé Lounge Bar.

Located waterside overlooking the Arabian Gulf, Rosemary features a carefully curated menu designed to be ‘shared’, where families, friends and communities can come together and connect whilst enjoying the distinct flavours inspired by seaside dining of the Mediterranean.

The restaurant will be led by Director of Food & Beverage Mr Samer Saleh, with menu signatures including seafood paella, 24-hour braised black Angus beef spare-ribs, and caramelised Crema Catalana (a Spanish version of crème brûlée), all made using fresh, locally-grown ingredients.

Rosemary will also unveil a new drinks menu featuring the largest line-up of Sangrai flavours in Abu Dhabi, alongside other colourful refreshments and signature rosemary-infused mocktails.

After feasting on Mediterranean fare, indulge in a glass or two of rosé at the new Rosé Lounge Bar, which offers the largest selection of the pink wines in Abu Dhabi and panoramic views of the Corniche city skyline. Its range of world class rosés from 15 countries offer diverse aromatic palates to suit different tastes.

The bar is also the only lounge bar in the United Arab Emirates capital that brings live entertainment from 8pm to midnight, six nights a week, from upbeat tunes to old favourites for everyone.
