The new programme implements a single tier membership and offers new member privileges, allowing guests to redeem over a hundred rewards, ranging from room upgrades and hotel nights to shopping experiences with global brands such as Spotify, Apple and Marks & Spencer.
Promising inclusivity, value, immediacy and access, the enhanced programme has new key features to reward loyal guests and encourage them to make the most out of Millennium hotels across the globe. The key features include:

- Points double every 10 nights, equivalent of a free night for every 10 paid

- Exclusive redeemable experiences with a wide range of partners (i.e. exclusive partnerships with Chelsea Football Club games, special access to Hudson Theatre in Broadway etc.)
