Hua Ting, a well-renowned Chinese fine dining restaurant at Orchard Hotel Singapore, has risen from last year’s Silver category and joined the ranks of three other Gold award recipients who represent the best in Asian gastronomy. The gala ceremony was held on 1 April 2019.

This is not the first time that Hua Ting Restaurant has been recognised for their culinary excellence. Over the years, Hua Ting Restaurant has garnered numerous accolades including winning Silver in Best Restaurants Awards 2018, Best Dinner Experience (Asian) in G Restaurant Awards 2018 by The Peak Selections: Gourmet and Travel and the prestigious Asian Restaurant of the Year at the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence 2014.

Established in 1992 as one of the earliest Chinese fine dining hotel restaurants, Hua Ting Restaurant has built a firm reputation in Singapore, winning multiple awards for consistent quality and outstanding delicacies that have been the centre of family and corporate get-togethers. In 2017, the restaurant underwent a multi-million dollar renovation and unveiled brand new interiors with revitalised menus that promises gastronomic excellence.

The Best Asian Restaurant Awards is part of a year-long gourmet extravaganza, the Asian Masters — now in its seventh edition — which celebrates Asian gastronomy with an exquisite line-up of dining experiences presented by Singapore’s renowned culinary stars.
