Hua Ting, a well-renowned Chinese fine dining restaurant at Orchard Hotel Singapore, has risen from last year’s Silver category and joined the ranks of three other Gold award recipients who represent the best in Asian gastronomy. The gala ceremony was held on 1 April 2019.
This is not the first time that Hua Ting Restaurant has been recognised for their culinary excellence. Over the years, Hua Ting Restaurant has garnered numerous accolades including winning Silver in Best Restaurants Awards 2018, Best Dinner Experience (Asian) in G Restaurant Awards 2018 by The Peak Selections: Gourmet and Travel and the prestigious Asian Restaurant of the Year at the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence 2014.
