Tasek Corporation Berhad (Tasek) held a Team Building Programme, attended by over 130 managers, engineers and executives. Held over four separate sessions, the team building took place at Lost World of Tambun Hotel & Theme Park in Ipoh, Malaysia. The key focus of the programme was to provide staff with the necessary knowledge and skills to work as an effective team member, as the company moves towards a team-based culture.

Staff participants were put through a series of activities to challenge their team work, such as having to guide blindfolded teammates (pictured left), and using string to arrange cups in a pyramid stack (pictured right).

The staff participants put their teamwork and communication skills to the test with a series of activities, such as rearranging cups into a pyramid stack using only string, and guiding blindfolded members across the room. The afternoon culminated in a Super Adventure Race held at the theme park, where each group had to work together to complete their task list at various checkpoints.

The teambuilding challenge also took staff outdoors to the theme park, where they had to complete a checklist of tasks as a group. Some of the fun activities included moving a table tennis ball from one point to another using only half pipes (pictured left), and trying to hold as much water as possible in cups while sitting on a Viking Ship ride (pictured right).
