Millennium Hotels and Resorts Middle East and Africa (MHR MEA) has opened its 40th property in the region – Millennium Atria Business Bay.
The luxury serviced residence complex comprises studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses and duplex apartments. The apartments are designed by YOO studio, founded by internationally-acclaimed designers Philippe Starck and John Hitchcox, with a key focus on simplicity, functionality and urban elegance paired with the latest smart home technology.
The first opening phase will cover 156 apartments of the property’s 347 units, comprising one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Guests will also have access to other Hotel Serviced facilities including dining – Grab and Go, The Podium Terrace, Laguna Restaurant and The Pool Terrace – Kids Club, fitness centre, and infinity pool on the 25th floor.
The 30-storey Millennium Atria Business Bay hotel apartment tower is managed by MHR MEA, and is the first property under Deyaar Development’s hospitality portfolio. Deyaar is one of UAE’s leading real estate development and property management companies.
